Myra Horner, Home Visitor testifies at State Capital

On March 6th, our Home Visitor, Myra J. Horner, was at the Minnesota Senate Building testifying before the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee. Senator Jerry Relph has authored a bill allowing funds to be distributed to non-profit targeted Home Visiting programs. This would be a huge benchmark for our program as it would guarantee permanent sustainable funding rather than the year to year grant researching we are currently doing for funding support.

If you would like to help our program, as well as many others throughout the state of Minnesota, contact your local Senator and ask for their support of SF 1607. Thank you Myra for your willingness to speak on behalf of our program!
